Biography
Katie started piano lessons at the age of 6 and hasn’t looked back since. She has picked up many instruments, from the violin to percussion, and offers a wealth of experience in multiple genres to her students. Orchestras, choirs, brass bands, and musical theatre have all featured heavily and she is keen to learn more.
Since completing her teaching diploma, Katie worked in the classroom for three years in Auckland and London. She is now moving into itinerant work and places her relationship with her student at the centre of her teaching practice.
